Terms of Service

Beboos is operated by Armin Bazarchi, an individual based in Spain, not a registered company. You can reach us at privacy@beboos.app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beboos. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. We block signups with a date of birth under 18 and delete accounts we find belong to minors.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your profile, and keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide truthful information and to use real, current photos of yourself. You must complete selfie verification before you can use the app.

Beboos has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You may not post or send content that is sexually explicit, nude, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, or that sexualizes or endangers minors, and you may not harass, abuse, impersonate, scam, or threaten other people.

By using Beboos you agree there is no tolerance for such content or users. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours by removing content and suspending or removing offending accounts.

You can report any user from the chat screen, and block them at any time. Blocking takes effect immediately and prevents further contact.

Beboos provides selfie verification, reporting, blocking, and both automated and human moderation.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put others at risk. Some suspensions are automatic — for example when three different users report the same person within seven days, or when our content check flags a profile.

If your account is suspended you can appeal by emailing privacy@beboos.app. A person will review your case, you can explain your side, and we will tell you the outcome. An automated suspension is a hold pending that review.

Beboos does not conduct criminal background checks on users. Please use good judgment, meet in public, and tell someone where you are going.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you share. You grant Beboos a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content strictly as needed to operate the service, including the AI analysis described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, save for copies retained in backups for up to 30 days.

You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

Beboos uses AI to analyse the content you share, to rank introductions, and to write the introduction text you read. That text is AI-generated. AI output may be wrong or incomplete and does not guarantee compatibility or any particular outcome. How the automated decisions work, and your right to human review, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Beboos and delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting your account also deletes the conversations you were part of, including the other person’s copy of those messages.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the community, subject to the appeal route in section 5.

Beboos is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or in person.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Beboos.

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and nothing here deprives you of it.

You may bring proceedings in the Spanish courts or in the courts of the EU country where you live. We will bring any claim against a consumer only in the courts of the country where that consumer lives.

Beboos is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal will apply to them, and we will set out how to exercise it before you pay.

If you have a complaint, write to us first at privacy@beboos.app. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms. The effective date and last-updated date appear at the top. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
