Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beboos. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your profile, and keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide truthful information and to use a real, current photo of yourself.

Beboos has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post or send content that is sexually explicit, nude, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, or that sexualizes or endangers minors, and you may not harass, abuse, impersonate, scam, or threaten other people.

By using Beboos you agree there is no tolerance for such content or users. We review reports and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and suspending or removing offending accounts.

Beboos provides tools to keep the community safe, including selfie verification, the ability to report and block other users, and automated and human moderation.

We may, at our discretion, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk, including automatically when a user receives multiple reports.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you share. You grant Beboos a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service (including AI analysis you consent to). You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

Beboos uses AI to analyze the content you share and to suggest matches and write introductions. AI output is provided to help you connect and may not be perfect; it does not guarantee compatibility or any particular outcome.

You can stop using Beboos and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.

Beboos is provided "as is". We do not conduct criminal background checks and are not responsible for the conduct of any user. Always use good judgment and follow safe-dating practices when meeting people.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beboos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
